There's no better time than fall to explore God's green earth! You don't need to book a getaway a million miles away to do so. Whether you realize it or not, you're probably living in the vicinity of a national park. They are all around the United States and tell many different stories of our awesome heritage. You'll find yourself engulfed in the moment and full of awe as you make this exploration of a new oasis. Some parks have caves. Some have mountains. Some have creeks and sand, while others have underground waterfalls. Most of these conservatories offer educational tours and jaw dropping experiences that you didn't even know were in your backyard. This past weekend, I stumbled upon Dunbar Cave in Clarksville, TN with my boyfriend. If you are anything like me, Sunday is your reset day. This is the day I find all means of serenity to make it through the many challenges of the week before they are ever even presented to me. Exploring Dunbar Cave gave me this exhilarating feeling of chills as I examined it's perfect architecture and imagined the awesomeness that had occurred here over many years. It appeased my soul.
Futhermore, going to the park can eliminate or prevent major diseases from occurring or getting worse. A few of those include diabetes, depression, obesity, heart attack, stroke and so many more.
