Some say women are of a jealous nature. I beg to differ. I think most of us admire each other, and the innocent "envy", if you will, is simply adoration for what another woman has. The appropriate way to act is to appreciate what you do have, and work hard to get what you don't. Dove, recently, did this miraculous video that shows the theory of admiring what we don't have to be true notion. Watch it here: http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/4549957?1389047946&ncid=edlinkusaolp00000008 Warning: This video will make you smile and possibly cry! It's absolutely beautiful! Dove really is changing the way women view themselves one step at a time! So, now that you've seen it, what are your thoughts? How will you act? I hope you've learned to love your body and who you are. Make this one of your resolutions this year!

They say it takes 30 days to form a habit, and we are only 9 days in for the New Year. So here goes for those of you who need a little workout motivation! I've got something beautiful to share! This girl is honest with herself and ready to make a change! She took day 1 to 100 to a whole different level focusing on transforming who she was on the inside and out. Here's a great example of how to tackle this kind of New Years resolutions. Be true and consistent! You can do it! Watch here: http://m.wimp.com/womangym/ Let's go through your correspondence checklist together. I'd like to help you figure out exactly what and from who is the most sentimental. So here goes. You wake up in the morning, and you immediately start checking your social sites. Hmmm... A few likes, comments and a little bit of breaking news. Next, you read and possibly respond to a few text messages, that is if you don't get too distracted by some other happening on your living and breathing smart phone. After this, you begin sifting through your email only to find bill reminders, sale advertisements that you have no money for, and then of course spunky spam and jacked up junk mail! You are already over it and your day has more than likely just begun. You go through your day with all of this on your mind, and more than likely you've forgotten a good percentage of the important stuff within your correspondence that you actually needed to do such as pay bills or sign up for hot yoga or so on. But, here comes the good part. The day isn't over yet. You've still got to go home and check the mail. Of course bills await, sales papers and other random mail, but then you see a special envelope addressed to you from an anonymous admirer or a known loved one. At this point, the tingles of entitlement, gratitude and curiousity have come. You open it, and whatever it says just brightens the day. Rather it's a just thinking about you card, a get well soon card or a happy birthday card, it works! It pulls much more excitement from you then any other piece of correspondence you've read all day! So, why is this?! People, it's because everyone loves to be thought of and to be shown love through the simple effort of sending a card or writing a letter! It is time that you get to it! Start brightening some ones day with just a few words in 2014. Buy some stationary. Send a journal back and forth between you and your sweetie. Send a birthday card to your mother-in-law. Do what you have to do to show someone that they matter. I resolve to send mail this year! How about you?! Today was a great day on twitter. What does this mean exactly? It means that my news feed was worth reading articles and retweeting them. It means that I found things interesting enough to share them with all 700 plus members of my twitter family. This post is actually dedicated to one of them! You'll see our twitter conversation below. I tweeted that I get all my news and interesting happenings from twitter, and she said that she gets them from me. This is inspiring considering that all I'm doing is retweeting, but there's just something about sharing that brightens my day. It really was a great twitter day. This month, I promised you resolutions that you and I may share, and I'm pretty positive that this is one: to follow interesting people and things! I've included some of my favorites to follow. Try some of mine or find something even more interesting to you. Share it with the rest of us. I just love to have great twitter days! Happy New Year Tweeting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started my new year off a little perturbed with a few people. Did you? I read this devotional tonight, and I'm going to bed on the right side. Sometimes, all I need is a little reasoning and motivation. No matter what you believe in, the bible always has an answer for you. Try using this app called Devotion as your reference. You'll soon find that it correlates directly to what's going on in your life. It's strange how parallel the devotionals will be to what is happening around you. Let the Lord speak to you! Let this be a resolution for you! Get the app today. 😊🙅🙋. You will not regret it. I can't say much about the dream life, except it felt like home to me. I belong here. Ironically, I was here. I'll be here again. It feels good to know it. Some people hate flying, but I absolutely love it. It seems like its the closest I can get to God so I can definitely appreciate it. On this day, I was flying to New York to take care of business. The beautiful sky just foreshadowed an amazing trip. I was literally on cloud nine the entire time I was there. I had quite a few 4 am mornings at VH1 and CBS with important people and no coffee since I gave it up in August. Usually, under these circumstances, I'd be walking around like Frankenstein, but for some reason I was still on my magic carpet after being so close to my heavenly father. Moreover, I cannot complain because I feel like that very gracious moment on the plane foreshadowed an excellent trip that will unfold a miracle soon. You, too, should find a symbolic happening and cherish its beauty because it, too, has something miraculous to offer.
