Face Friday with a Smile

Friday is the day that we're all just a little worn out for the week! However, it's time to put some pep in your step for your wacky weekend plans: dinner and movie, club, stay-cation, vacation... Whatever your anticipated action may be, you'll need a little umphh to be ready to go. So here's some advice: you and a pal should awaken your weekend with silly faces! This sounds cray, but it really helps you loosen up and get ready to shake life. My cousin and I do this every Friday. I anticipate her text messages at the crack of dawn bc her face is sooooo full of power and energy! She definitely gives me life! Now, you try it!
