How About A Round of Applause?

Recently, I've thought a lot about how awesome my girlfriends are and how blessed I am to be surrounded by these awesome women! I may not see them every day, but I sure do love when I talk to them and how we dive into each other's deepest secrets. It's riveting and invigorating how we share and shift and lift each other up. So, let me give you the scoop on the awesome girls who run my world over the next series of post.

How about a round of applause for Caray Grace Vann, Joya Smith and Erica Foote?! I get tickled with joy every time I hear Caray argue her point in her off-broadcasting voice (she's a news reporter). I love how she loves God, has a profound strength and is so candid about who she is that I can't help but be drawn to her! Caray spends her days being the best woman that she can be for God. I rarely sense her fret and that, in and of itself, keeps me motivated. Caray Grace is a leader of life and will prove that to be true to more than just me. She's a vessel of magic, and I can't wait to see who, what, when and where she sets her biggest impact. I don't doubt that it'll come!

Joya Smith lights up my world! Her spirit is just loyal, tried and true. I remember when we first met at University of Memphis Frosh Camp and exchanged numbers and kept promising each other to keep in touch. Throughout college, we embarked on our different paths and gained our friends, but Joya was always there. When I needed to tell someone about my tough moments or needed some advice about a situation, she was there! Joya serves as my "peer role model" and we all need one of those! After all, you are who you hang around. Joya spends her days leading with charisma and grace! I love how she laughs and smiles and lights up the room! She's taught me how to truly live, laugh and love! Who doesn't need someone like her?! P.S. Joya is a Godsend!

Erica Nicole Foote was sent from heaven!!!!! She is the calm to my storm. I have never seen anyone so gentle and aggressive as Erica. How can this be you ask? She has faith stronger than a mustard seed and that's what I know for sure. Erica won't give up on you, herself, or anybody else. Our relationship was born through a mutual friend and we've been inseparable since. What drafts me to Erica is the serenity that she brings with her. The true passion to see everyone succeed is what I love the most about her!!! Erica spends her days teaching and pouring so much into others. We all want love, peace and happiness and there's not a moment that goes by where I don't feel this sort of energy from Erica!

So, why the long post about my friends? It's simple! They deserve a round of applause for who they are!!!!!!!!!!! I hear people complain about people all the time. I have no complaints about my girls on a mission! P.S. I'm not done yet. God has blessed me with some awesome friends, and he will bless you too!
