Here is a little help just in case you woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, and Monday is kicking you down! Your worst day is not as bad as someone else's. So put on your lipstick, stomp your feet, pray and do whatever you have to do to be sure that what you're going through turns into a Cinderella story! Who doesn't love a good story?!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your website Ms. Jasmine! I dealt with depression for a quite a while.
